This self assessment is an vitally important tool in staying aware and making adjustments in oneself when needed. Use your journal or get a notepad and write this down at the end of each day. Then read the previous day’s entry as you start each day! What does this do? It helps one clarify what’s working and what isn’t so we can make adjustments and improve our performance day by day. It reminds us of our most important skills for self mastery.
